All our activities are located within our resort, which is wheelchair accessible.

We have our own parking lot with CCTV security, which is completely free of charge for our visitors. The parking lot is also wheelchair accessible.

Yes - The nearest public transport stop is called “Autocamping” with lines 9, R2 and R8 which run approximately every 10-20 minutes. You can also get off at the “VSS križovatka” stop, which is about a 10 minute walk away. Lines 1, 3, 4, 7, 12, 24, and 54 run to this stop. Tram 3 goes directly from the train and bus station to the VSS Križovatka stop. For exact schedules and route planner we recommend using the imhd.sk or cp.sk platforms.

For the best experience, we have a limited number of available spots for each activity. For this reason, reservations are required. Please visit our monthly updated calendar in the 'bookings' section for availability of open dates.

If you are interested in a date that is already fully booked you can fill in the 'waiting list' form with your name, phone number, desired date, activity and number of people. Should anyone cancel their booking we will contact you immediately.

We do not have special children's rates. However, children under 3 years of age are allowed to come free of charge.

Alpacas are very hygienic animals, unlike the sheep for example. For this reason, zoonotic infections are practically non-existent among alpacas and it is therefore safe for pregnant women to visit our AlpaCafé. However, it is not recommended to get close to a newborn alpaca (cria) as they can carry bacteria. If you visit AlpaCafé between May and August and you are pregnant, please ask our staff on arrival if there is a newborn baby alpaca. We will then ensure that you can remain within a reasonable distance.

All activities organized in our bistro-area can take place also in bad weather, as it is a semi-outdoor space. In the case of particularly bad weather, it is possible for us to cancel the selected activity with the change of date in order to ensure the safety of both our visitors and our animals. We will definitely let you know in advance.

We try to take into account the allergies and dietary requirements of our visitors as much as possible, but since we have a fixed menu, we currently do not offer more extensive alternatives. Our Breakfast with alpacas is vegetarian by default. The alpaca cookie served at the Feed & Greet activity is vegetarian (but not lactose-free, as we add butter to the recipe). At the Double Date event, we serve Italian antipasti, consisting of various ham and cheese delicacies - if you plan to visit us with a vegetarian for this event, we can prepare our green snack with homemade hummus as a bonus upon request (leave a note when making a reservation).
